SONNET NO 20 (A Sonnet is a poem of fourteen lines)

Where the grass is a pretty green,
And the river water blue,
The yellow grey sand in between ,
Is the LIME VILLA view,

Fishermen pull the net,
Heavy with loads of fish,
Big and small that and this,
They sort them all, then they're set,

Buyers and sellers haggle there,
Till all are weighed and bought,
The birds also take their share,
It's their right they thought,

'GANGES'the river of life,
The sacred waters,cause of strife.
